The Mirrored Solstice, An Griánstad
The Mirrored Solstice, An Griánstad

This was a very special dream during the darkest time of Covid and shone with light and meanings. Every time the dream shifted, the meaning of the dream shifted to another level. Winter Solstice is perhaps on the edge of time. a balance between so many opposites but all coming to oneness. The dark and the light, the beginning and the end , of ourselves, of time. of ideas. of knowledge. Changing understanding , shifting (wheather just a nudge or a massive shift) perception. And this happens on Grianstad, the Irish for Stopped time. Where better for my subconscious to see this but at the Newgrange Brú na Bóinne megalithic site which has the light entering the passage year after year. The Goddess Cailleach in the dream was literally both watching the light fade and the light appear at the same time, appearing and disappering, so she is not actually two but one. The feeling of a mirror to here and to the past.
